Fixes to the spoken caller announcement, found by testing on a second and third phone. Installs over v1.15.
- The announcement followed the device's global text-to-speech speed. One phone had that at 3.57x, where a name read aloud is no longer recognizable. The device's preference is still followed, but only within a range that stays understandable — and a speed changed in system settings now takes effect on the next call instead of after a restart.
- The announcement is spoken in the app's own language when the speech engine has that voice, instead of whatever language the engine happened to default to.
- Whatever else is ringing is quieted while the name is spoken. A WhatsApp call rings from WhatsApp's own player, which cannot be silenced from here, and the two used to mix into something unintelligible.
Note: "Voice only" governs phone calls. WhatsApp calls keep WhatsApp's own ringtone, which no other app can silence.
