ArduinoDewController

The dew controller contains the following features:
- 2 channels, each channel has its own RCA output, temperature sensor reading and LED indication.
- 1 HIH6121 sensor for ambient temperature and humidity reading
- A manual control via a button and a pontentionmeter:
* If HIH6121 is not present, it indicates the PWM Duty_Cycle cycle of 2 channels.
* If HIH6121 is presnet, it overwrites the humidiy of the HIH6121 reading and specifies dew point offset.
- Power on self diagnosis

It should be noted that there is an external 7805 voltage regulator, which is not required if you use built-in regulator on Arduino Nano.
