A simple script to use following a minimal Arch Linux installation (base system and graphics drivers only, no desktop etc.).
The script is menu-driven and easy to use. It can install a choice of desktops and apps such as web browser and office suite, all with a strong focus on minimalism and efficiency.
Some key features include installation of 'yay' AUR helper, Chaotic-AUR and Andontie-AUR repos (reducing need to rely on AUR for software), and especially the inclusion of 'Systemback' - a ridiculously easy-to-use system backup tool which can create live ISOs of your installed system very easily.
NOTE: The script is intended for use with Arch Linux. While it MIGHT work with Arch derivatives such as Manjaro or Garuda Linux, this has not been tested and there is no guarantee it will work. The script will NOT work with other Linux distros such as Mint, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu etc., and I have absolutely no intention of supporting any distros other than Arch Linux.
Features
- Menu-driven BASH script using Whiptail

- Multiple desktop support including KDE, Gnome, Cinnamon and others,
- Installation of 'yay' AUR helper too
- Installation of 'Systemback' system backup tool, and live ISO creator
- Choice of several web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge, Brave)
