[!] Important Changes:
Application Blocker completely got rewritten using C#.
The setup file is now based on Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Extension.
[+] New Features:
Blocked applications now gets blocked using both registry and file permissions.
[?] Changes to Existing Content:
Tweaked UI to use MenuStrip instead of buttons.
Instead of Options menu, Application Blocker now has Other tab which contains Unblock Another Application, Change Password and About.
Some changes to message boxes.
[x] Removed Features:
Removed Updater and Check for Updates feature. I may add them in the future.
