These are two sample instances of Kino-index-manager and a SOLR instance (version 1.4.2)
to get the project started. The internal configuration  (in kino-index-manager) is pointing
to localhost:8080 url (Expand the war and check the web.xml)

Note that SOLR home has to configured as per http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrTomcat before this
is functional. The sample SOLR home directory can be checked out from the SVN at
https://apihut.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/apihut/branches/NCBO-integrated-backend/other/solr-home/
