There are a number of weaknesses here. Although updated in 2012, this doesn't seem to work in Landscape mode, so it's not so good for tablets. Secondly it doesn't have a menu so pressing the menu button in ICS does nothing. Thirdly it's not obvious that you need to swipe to the left to get something other than the lists. On the upside it does work, it does find all of your music. You can tick the box next to a folder which then becomes the playlist, and shuffle does select randomly just from that list and can be set to loop at the same time. I haven't done a long term test but suffice to say that it doesn't seem good enough to replace any built in music player that you already have. In my case the per folder approach and the non reliance on the Recently Added list is very useful, and the shuffle only shuffles the selected playlist unlike the built in player. So, it's functional but the UI is still rather poor and the only documentation seems to be the list of features. It needs to be polished, the controls need to be indicated by some form of icon. There is one at the top of the screen but not really clear on what it does or why. Some preliminary documentation needs to exist and some settings under the menu system. It's a good beginning.
