The Idea:

This music player is based on the idea of always having a current playlist, the same way that Amarok, Foobar200, Exaile, and other players work. Everything is designed to be simple, intuitive, and fast. If you want a beautiful player, there are others that do it better, but if you're looking for usefulness and speed, this is your player. You can get to the songs you want faster than any other player, and create playlists with absolute ease.

What makes this music player different?

Let's say you want to listen to a few songs by three different artist. In most music players, you'd have to create a playlist navigate three menus just to get to each song, long press to add it to a playlist, navigate back and then to the next song, and repeat the process. With this music player, you can quickly swipe to the library view, click the artist name, click the album name, and click the song's checkbox or the song name to add it to the current playlist. Or you can add whole albums and artists by clicking their checkboxes. And for even faster access to the song you want, you can long press the artist and all of the albums by that artist it will open. If you need yet another option, you can search for the songs by pressing the search button. If you added your songs in the wrong order, you don't have to go through any complicated menus. You simply drag the song with two fingers right to where you want it. If you like the playlist, you can save it. Or not. It's fast to recreate. In larger playlists, if there's just one song you want to hear next, you can easily add it to the play queue. You can listen to music how you like it, and get to it faster than in any other player.
