Very good software - capable yet intuitive. Will hope to see it grow, there is no doubt that allocPSA is a solid platform for managing projects, tasks, tickets, staff and time. Well worth trying. Straight forward installation, even on shared hosting - fast on even low resource systems. The learning curve for basic use is gentle, and getting started is simple and quick. AllocPSA has been my project management tool for quite some time (> 3 years). I've seen it grow and this has been the only full-featured open source project that has attended all my needs (specially since most of my work is billed in a cost per hour basis). Made my small contribution to the platform and the people behind this project (Alex, Con) seem very competent and open to external contributions.

Excellent Professional Services system, right now (2012) our company has been using it for almost 5 years successfully !. We got three instances of the software hosted in production, and one demo. [update] Thanks to the AllocPSA team, for the hard work !
