VERSION 0.0018 Notes:

 * Add rand, randi, and rands functions to core.util
   to generate random numbers of type float, integer,
   and string, respectively.
 * Bugfix in connect.irc that creates a random nick
   in case of nick conflict.
 * Bugfix in update that prevents correct naming of 
   updated modules on *nix platforms.
 * Bugfix typo in util.fread that caused an error  
   when loading config with kwargs.
