AhnConvert comes as a Java JAR library that can be run directly from the command line. Download this JAR and put it in a directory of your choice. Then, open a DOS-Box or terminal, type java -jar ahnconvert.jar myfile.ahn and press enter. If the ahn-file to be converted is located in a different directory than the ahnconvert JAR, the full path can be specified with the argument. With a successful run, AhnConvert produces both, a comma-separated text file and a GEDCOM file.
