spacejunk
Spacejunk is a video game about traveling in 2D planetary systems. The player must collect garbage which is drifting in space by navigating through the gravitational fields of planets and stars. A rough editor of planetary systems is provided too.
OpenUniverse
OpenUniverse is a fun, fast and free space simulator. It currently focusses on the Solar System and lets you visit all of its planets, major moons and a vast collection of smaller bodies in realtime 3D (using OpenGL).
Accrete
Accrete is a physical simulation of solar system planet formation. This simulation works by modelling a dust cloud around a Sun-like star, injecting a series of masses which collect dust, and form planets by accretion.
Star Wars Galaxy 3D
Star Wars Galaxy 3D represents a map of the Star Wars galaxy in 3D like a navigation computer. You can search for planets and on the bottom you can then read an article about the planet.
FreeEOS
FreeEOS is a Fortran library for calculating the equation of state using an efficient free-energy minimization technique that is suitable for physical conditions in stellar interiors.
