Google Cloud Storage, S3 HTTP/2 fix, translated Discover descriptions

Added

• Google Cloud Storage provider: Dedicated preset in Discover panel with HMAC interop endpoint, path-style URLs, multi-region selector, and official logo
• Translated Discover descriptions: All 59 provider descriptions in the Discover panel and Command Palette are now translatable via i18n (46 languages)
• Vault category breakdown: Backup tab shows entry composition (e.g. "87 credentials - 8 AI keys - 26 OAuth - 12 config") alongside the total count
• Azure Blob health check: Added blob.core.windows.net endpoint for status monitoring in Discover panel

Fixed

• S3 HTTP/2 protocol error: Forced HTTP/1.1 on the S3 client to fix PROTOCOL_ERROR RST_STREAM when connecting to Google Cloud Storage and other endpoints that reject HTTP/2 on S3 interop API
• Keystore import now restores deleted servers: Import with "skip existing" merges server profiles by ID instead of skipping the entire list, so deleted servers are properly restored from backup
• Vault entry count accurate after import: Re-queries actual vault status instead of optimistic sum that could drift
• Server deletion cleans up vault credentials: Removing a server now also deletes its orphaned server_<id> credential from the vault
• Import progress feedback: Real-time progress bar with "Decrypting..." and "Importing 34/134..." phases via Tauri events, replacing the generic spinner
• Server profiles reload after keystore import: Imported profiles are immediately visible without app restart

Changed

• Discover S3 provider order: Reordered to group by tier (generic/decentralized, major cloud, mid-tier, regional)
• Privacy tab: Removed unused analytics toggle and tracking language. AeroFTP collects zero data - the privacy page now clearly states this
