each of the executables has a usage, if it is called with no parameters.

The most salient functionality in ANTS is fully-automated normalization,
semi-automated normalization and the ability to build optimal templates.

ANTS is compatible with SPM and other tools as standard image formats, 
such as nifti, are supported.
