https://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370 This is the process this mimics. It is simplified down to a WinRAR exe that can be easily opened with WinRAR so the contents can be seen. It is almost identical to the adobe fix except: 1) There is some additional logic that prevents this from running on WIndows 8.X and above because ActiveX flash is handled by Windows updates now. Why Adobe does not go the way Microsoft does with their 'Fix It' where you download a file and run it to reolve the issue is beyond me!
