Importing chart of accounts issue (webui)

Hi everyone.

Using a fresh adempiere 3.6 build from the trunk with migration scripts applied and postgres 8.1; I am trying to perform a simple import of a chart of accounts during the setup of my client using the webui (Zk), (my .csv file is good and it has been tested before with previous releases of adempiere).

Let me summarize:

1. I just create a new client as System/System admin  with the basic settings and using a .csv for chart of accounts
2.,after that I login as admin and follow the steps of the inicial client setup review (workflow). steps
3. After I load the .csv file everthing is ok,
4. next go to  import accounts and browse to the first valid row(see attached screen capture) , but when I press the  Import Accounts adempiere is not doing anything, just showing a message:       changes ignored  

I have used this Accounts.csv file nefore without any issues (Provided as example in a training course with carlos Ruiz),, but looking in the Iog file, I  get some warnings regarding the database … am I missing something ?

I have perfomed this process sucessfully before with other adempiere releases, but I am not sure if I am missing something…   should I choose a diferent row (empty row) ?
or should a fill any other field to perform the full import (all the accounts).?
