THIS HAPPENING PROJECT IS TO INTEGRATE OPENBRAVOPOS 2.3 TO ADEMPIERE 361 ERP AND EVENTUALLY IDEMPIERE (OSGI) WITH TESTING AT THE JENKINS SERVER IN MUNICH

IT ASSUMES YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SETTING UP ADEMPIERE FROM SOURCE.

The openbravopos_2.30.2_bin.zip here is modified according to the notes here http://red1.org/adempiere/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1356

By extracting it into your PC/server you can already begin your POS experience and synch with the remote jenkins.idempiere.com:8161/admin for activeMQ service.

To setup the ADempiere side you need the packages.zip and openbravoMQ.jar (refer openbravoPOSGuide.pdf- page 17 and the extra help below). You can then update your DB with migration.zip's scripts. (But these scripts and version assumes you already have all packages such as FixedAssets, LiberoMfg and Asset Maintenance in your present ADempiere version)

Otherwise, if you need to setup your ADempiere from scratch, then use the Adempiere_360LTS.010.zip and ExpDat_pos.jar which has everything (you still need to put the packages up as indicated below).

PAGE 17 FURTHER EXPLAINED HERE:
One way to setup from scratch is to replace your present adempiere binary with the one here and place the contents of packages.zip in its packages folder, together with the one for openbravoMQ.jar. The packages.zip contains all the other packages that are also integrated into the ExpDat dmp. Unless you already got such packages then you may proceed.

This structure should give you an idea:

                                 ------->openbravoPOS ------->lib ------> openbravoMQ.jar

NOTES ON OTHER STUFF FOUND HERE:
>openbravoPOS.jar is from time to time updated due to code fixes and you only need to replace this into the old one in your openbravoHOME. Just check its Modified timestamp if its newer than yours.

>activemq-all-5.5.0.jar is for your old ADempiere instance source where the activemq jar is older and does not have STOMP broker protocol which is used in this synch.
