o Minor typos in the manual of 14/02/22 (pdf) were fixed in v2 of 16/02/22 (docx).
o Minor fixes in v3 of 27/03/22.
o High order shape functions (Npol>1) give identical results in all versions up
  to v03 (inclussive). Work is underway to sort this out. Nevertheless, the results
  for linear shape functions are CORRECT.
