Introduction:
    aPhoto is an intuitive and portable program that helps you create a text(eg. Copyright Notice) or image(eg. Logo)
watermark for your photos, and save the edited photos to JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP file format.

    aPhoto is a lightweight application whose purpose is to help users embed a text or image watermark on their favorite pictures.

    This is a portable program, so it is important to mention that it doesn't leave any traces in the Windows Registry.
You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you to need to create watermarks on the breeze,
without having to go through installation steps.

    Since this is a Java-based utility, you should make sure you have previously installed the working environment on the computer,
otherwise you cannot run the tool.

    aPhoto sports a clean and intuitive layout that lets you import photos using the built-in browse function.

    It works with GIF, PNG, BMP and JPG file format, and gives you the possibility to create watermarks by typing in the text directly
into the primary panel and inserting images.

    What’s more, you can customize the text in terms of font and size, pick the text and background color, as well as alter the RGB,
saturation, and lightness values.

How to install:
1. Download.
    You can download aPhoto at this page and you can also download aPhoto from Softpedia .
2. Install.
    No need to install, just extra your downloaded zip package.
    If what you used is Ubuntu and its version is Saucy (13.10), Raring (13.04), Quantal (12.10) or Precise (12.04), 
You can search and install aPhoto in USC(Ubuntu Software Center). 
Or you can also install it at command line:  
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get install aphoto


How to run:
OS X:
    Double click "aphoto.jar".
    Version 1.2.1, We provide MacOS install image at home page "aPhoto_1.2.1.dmg".

Linux:
    Click "aphoto.sh".

Windows:
    Click "aphoto.VBS"

Of course you can also start by : 
     Run command "java -jar aphoto.jar" in Terminal.
     Right click on "aphoto.jar" and select "Open with Java runtime".
