Read the Readme docs included in the archive for important information
regarding the usage of the nightly source builds before any attempt to
use these cutting edge versions.
See README.SVN and README.nightly.

Also read the manual 'Building the ACAS System' for detailed information
on setting up the Cobol compiler and building the ACAS systems.
This and others, can be found in the ACAS-Manuals folder and yes they are
subject to changes and updates as testing progresses.

If you find errors in this document or for that matter any of the others
please report the problem having verified that no one else has done so.

WARNING: Some to many, of the source programs have NOT been tested
depending on current testing program.

However you are encourged to help to do so.

This version (v3.02) includes new features as well as being able to use
MySQL or MariaDB RDBMS systems in place of use of Cobol files.
When using RDB tables however the ACAS parameter file is still used.

Create new directories for sources, executables and data.
Likewise make regular backups of this versions data including the MySQL
databases if used.

It is recommended to start testing using Cobol files before doing so with RDBMS.
There are RDB table load programs for each of the Cobol files but NOT the
other way round.
Many of this load programs have had some testing.

Please report all bugs found on the ACAS SF website at :
sourceforge.net/p/acas using the tracking feature but remember to report the
program name, version at the start.

All reported bugs will be fixed ASAP subject to not being on holiday.
