ABCbuntu è un sistema operativo linux derivato da ubuntu pensato per essere usato da Live (CD, DVD O USB) in modo da non lasciare tracce sul computer e per una maggiore tutela della privacy dell'utente (anche non smanettone). Include, oltre a un parco software di lavoro (libreoffice, software per gestione di video, immagini, ecc...) anche software per criptare dati (truecrypt) e navigare online anonimi (TOR, I2P) già configurati. e pronti all'uso con firefox (che è stato arricchito di plugin per tutelare maggiormente la privacy). Nel sistema è disponibile anche la guida all'anonimato rilasciata dagli Anonymous (per una pronta consultazione in caso di bisogno). Il progetto NON MIRA A CREARE UN TOOL PER L'HACKING ... ma a fornire all'utente medio gli strumenti minimi per tutelare la propria privacy! Ognuno è responsabile dell'uso che fa di questo sistema!
