Wlipper is a Windows Clipboard Utility Software equivalent to KDE's Klipper or GNOME's Glipper respectively. Based on the Microsoft .NET Framework technology this project is semi platform independent.

- Clipboard monitoring for text only
- Captures text for history preserving newlines from clipboard
- Choose text capturing with or without formatting
- Handles clipboard events (dispatched by the copy menu item from the edit menu or context menu and by pressing the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut) throughout all applications
- Saving custom preferences on the computer
- Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 for Microsoft Windows
- Requires computer mouse with at least one button
- Runs with Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7 so far

Hmmm... Why would a clipboard monitoring application have anything to do with http headers? I understand starting processes and perhapse starting its own service. Here is my Wildfire report: Here is the summary of the sample's behaviors: -Spawned new processes -Modified Windows registries -Used very short HTTP headers -Started or stopped a system service I never gave a rating - what does the authour have to say?
