#139 Menus open on wrong screen

To reproduce:
Have multiple screens on a Linux system running X
./run.sh
Ensure window is not on the leftmost screen
Click "File" or any other menu

What actually happens:
Menu opens on the leftmost screen, as if the window were maximized on that monitor. This happens regardless of the actual size of the window - a non-maximized window still has the menu open in the upper left!

Expected:
Menu drops down next to the where it says 'File'.
