#91 256 instead of 128 programs in instrument editor

The Instrument editor has the option to choose a midi
program from 0 - 127 I beleive

Roland JV1080 synths and many others have 256 to
choose from, this would be very handy.

matbe an option in the configuration menu that allows
for 256 programs to choose from.

Maybe they insert this in ZT2, wich is (for a long time already)
on its way.

Although it seems like everything is very quiet and inactive at
the moment.
