#1 can't find JVM.DLL

Hey, I downloaded and unzipped Zstar as instructed. But when i
tried to run Zpilot, I got and error of file not found JVM.DLL. I have
looked all over my pc, your web site and Driversguide.com but
with no luck. can you please tell me where i can download a
copy of this file? If you can help me in this matter, please email
