after double clicking in zsnesw.exe or running it from
command line if you keep pushing any key while the
program is about to start you will get no controls at all,
keyboard or joystick.

example, in command line run zsnesw.exe
c:\roms\romname and press enter, then keep pressing
key 9 over and over before the game starts,you'll get no
controls.
