#85 Documentation Not Updated on Passing of Certain Options

If you pass --enable-{etcdir,zshenv,zlogin,zlogout,zprofile,zshrc} to configure, the manpages are not updated with the correct locations of the various files. Instead, they use the static /etc/zprofile, /etc/zshrc, /etc/zlogin, etc. strings, and are thus often incorrect.
