Validation data and test records

This register provides the complete collected public/historical evidence files and current test records, rather than only pass totals. Original PDFs, synthetic datasets and screenshot archives remain available through the 99-file Zenodo inventory. Passwords and private native instrument fixtures are excluded. Their absent coverage is not described as validated. Historical and current attempts remain separate, including failed attempts, timeouts and reruns.
