Changes from the archived manual

The archived October 17 HTML has SHA-256 e2e4b58082386e77e1c125e962e426439fdb0bddbbc5378e34b15e5c956b67fc. The current local HTML has SHA-256 d2ed246783339c8153db567872cc5baafbcde9e7be477db5981ea22521b68b0c and is 28,081,180 bytes. Local CRLF bytes and the Git LF-normalised blob have different hashes; compare like with like.

The current bundle has 135 manifest modules. AST indexing identifies 6,180 first-party function nodes and 5,552 dependency function nodes. Within first-party code, 756 named nodes have no historical name match, 73 have a changed uniquely matched name, 187 have ambiguous name matches and 1,724 are new or changed anonymous nodes. 3,440 have an equivalent historical function body. These categories describe code comparison, not feature quality or scientific correctness.

The manual needs current chapters for ZPCR/PCRD readers, expanded forensic evidence, precision disclosure, browser capability messages, LCARS layout, session/workspace selection, the second voice demo, the learning game and reports, command recognition/response sequencing and the expanded sound system. Historical chart atlases remain examples of their own build rather than screenshots of today's interface.

This update supplies a current documentation layer and machine-readable crosswalk; it does not overwrite the historical 17-volume record.

AST matching counts current functions matching a historical body and permits multiple current matches to one baseline body. It is not a one-to-one count of unchanged functions.
