#2 anypy proxy that works

The current anypy proxy is not cpable enough to
efficiently handle
protocols where you don't know which direction will
talk next.

I would like to see one which is more able to support
experiments
about writing proxies for new protocols.

A rewrite of the plug proxy which fires a python event when
new data
has arrived in streams would be the nicest solution.

After I am ready with the bulk of auditing, I will know
enough about the internals to try it.
