[Zookeeper-user] Logging?

I am bringing up our first production zookeeper and need to know how to do
the following standard things:

A) an RC file for starting and stopping servers in the standard fashion.
Surely somebody has written one of these.  I can write one that will kill
the process the hard way, but surely something better is available.

B) some way to force the program to read a real log configuration file.
Again, this must exist, but I can't see it.

Any suggestions?
