Loading the tcl module requires the modtcl.tcl file. It would be better to have them at ~, so each user can have his own modtcl file.

With znc --maketcl, the modtcl,tcl could be copied to ~/.znc and add the LoadModule entry at znc.conf, so no more search for the modtcl file :)

Would be nice, but I don't think this is going to happen any time soon. No one seems to really care about modtcl lately.
