#99 Wont stop working

I cant uninstall it because its in use, and I deleted it
from my tray, now what? When I go through start menu,
I deleted that also, finally I got configure up, how do I
get it to stop working? contact me at

I have the same problem, it should stop when you use the
mouse or hit any key, it doesn"t. So its not exactly a screen
saver. Even when I switch to another screen saver, it still
keeps working. How do you fix it so remove it. I have not
tried to uninstall it yet, but that is my next step, however,
from what chewey says, uninstalling might not work.
Some help is needed
