#26 Icon Refresh Bug

When an icon is placed on the desktop, refreshes ok.

When an icon is highlighted, then deleted with the DEL
key (or Shift-DEL) the file deletes, but the program
leaves a blank area there as if the icon is still present.

(Doesn't occur if you drag the item to the bin, only
happens when keyboard is used to delete an item)

Also found, that if an icon is sitting on the desktop, and I
choose "Line Up Icons", it aligns the icons, but Z-Matrix
overwrites the part where it's moved to, and doesn't write
where the old icon part was.

The is also a additional bug going on the same lines,
when I new icon is made on the desktop, the program
doesn't refresh that area, till it is selected. Pretty much,
I downloaded a file to my desktop, and ZMatrix didn't
refresh the icon location till I selected it, by cycling
through them all.
