#138 All Vista desktop icons are overwritten
Running Windows Vista Business, and the active wallpaper writes over all desktop icons like they were part of the background. Obviously this makes the whole desktop pretty much useless. All possible mode combinations tried, nothing helps--all icons are swamped by the matrix code and are invisible.
