#137 Win 98se using win95 explorer.exe

Installed on a win 98 se Micro (reduced size by using
litePC lite98 v4.7, and using the win95 explorer.exe shell)

During install get an error to install font. retry does
nothing, on ignore it continues installing.
after install i run the prog and i get two errors:

First error is:
The Matrix.exe file is linked to missing export
SHELL32.DLL:SHGetSpecialFolderPathA.

The second error:
C:\Program Files\Zmatrix\Matrix.exe
A device attached to the system is not functining.

Seems that the file SHELL32.DLL on this OS is a Win95
file (Version 4.00.1111
While the "normal" file for win98se is version 4.72.****

Can Zmatrix be changed to use the "inferior"
SHELL32.DLL from win95?
