In Preview section for replying to a thread, If content is more than the given width, the box does not show a scroll bar in both IE7 and Firefox 3.0.13
Also the Edit Tab shows scroll bar the first time but after going to Preview and coming back to Edit Tab, it is not showing the scroll bar.
