As of version 2.6.2, the CLI output is always in PNG regardless of the --filetype switch or --direct or whatever.

    It appears that the order of the parameters have an effect. That is, if I specify --filetype switch before the -d, it works.

    Thank you, that you found it out on your own. Each data command is the end of a set of specification parameters.
