#358 Memory leaks with Fedora Rawhide and Release builds

Hi all,

I see memory leaks with a recently built fedora rawhide container, for the 'args' test.
The latest git commit on github.com was used for the build.

where i use the following environment variables,

CMAKE_ARGS: '-DZINT_SANITIZE=On' 
CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE: Release

and the attached build script ./zint-test.sh

The debug build looks fine.
