#117 configure --disable-{corba, xosd} does not work (fix)

the configure script does not properly handle
'--disable-corba' as well as a couple others... so here
is the patch I just made for the gentoo package. Note
that your m4 directory does not contain all the m4s
needed to regen aclocal.m4

I see that it doesn't have the ORBIT functions,
AM_WITH_PTHREAD_INFO, or the XOSD functions. Please
add these tothe m4 directory so we can regenerate it if
needed.
