I rebuilt and installed zinf-2.2.5-1.src.rpm. When I
try to start zinf I get this error:

$zinf
/usr/lib/zinf/plugins/m3u.plf: undefined symbol:
_ZN4HttpC1EP9FAContext
/usr/lib/zinf/plugins/pls.plf: undefined symbol:
_ZN4HttpC1EP9FAContext
No UI plugin in '.:~/.zinf:/usr/lib/zinf' matched
'plugins/musicbrowser.ui' or 'plugins/musicbrowser.ui.ui.'
Zinf will quit.

Always remove your previous ~/.zinf directory.

The main UI is failing to load at it may be an in correct
path in the preference file or do you wish to use
a cmdline UI. There was a discussion and patch on
    the developer list for this.

Removing the ~.zinf directory doesn't help.

Looking at "rpm -ql zinf" shows that the RPM doesn't contain
    a file "musicbrowser.ui".

I deinstalled my self-built zinf and tried the binary RPM
    from sourceforge.

    This RPM does contain /usr/lib/zinf/plugins/musicbrowser.ui,
the path seems correct, but it doesn't start anyway.

I think you might be missing a required library.
Did yid you check that you have all the libraries from the
2.2.5 download section? If so, please send the command line
you launch zinf with and the error reports. An
strace zinf can also help, along with your ~/.zinf/preferences.
