#99 Blackberry OS 10.3 html emails

Hi,

I've just received my new Passport with Blackberry OS 10.3.0.908.
I use Z-Push 2.1.1892 and Zimbra backend 61.
All the syncs work well as always, the only problem is about html emails that are shown as plain text.

I have tried to debug with the logs but I have not seen any problems.

I am afraid that is down to Blackberry and not the backend. This has been reported by several users on the zarafa z-push forum

I saw this forum post and the others.They found a workaround in the Zarafa's backend code.
Maybe we can search in the same way ?

I tried to watch in the source code but not found entries like them (which is normal ;-) ).

The workaround is a hack. And, if you hack the code in that way it will not work right for non-Blackberry clients

Do you think it's a problem in the backend or in Z-push ?

It looks like a problem in the Blackberry client implementation. Either that or they have implemented a newer version of the ActiveSync spec than z-push supports right now. Either way I believe it needs to be addressed by either Blackberry or Z-Push.
