0install 2.12.2 is now available (source and generic binaries):

This is mainly small updates to the build to cope with various changes
in upstream packages.

Since 2.12.2:

Bug fixes

- Cope with redirects that are longer than the file. Before, if the
server reported a Content-Length for the redirect body that was longer
than the archive we were trying to download, we reported this as a
size error rather than following the redirection. See:

Updates for upstream changes

- Update to new lwt_react findlib name.

- Move share/appdata to share/metainfo.

- Also test new OCaml 4.05 with Travis.

- Fix Travis on OS X.
