[Zero-install-devel] Zero Install for Windows 2.11 released

Version 2.11 of the Windows version of Zero Install has been released.
Changes since 2.10 include:
 * Replaced installer with a new executable
(https://0install.de/docs/bootstrap/)
 * Added support for .tar.xz archives
 * Fixed newline format of 0install digest --manifest
 * Tweaked design of “My applications” list
 * Misc small bugfixes

Existing installations can be updated from the main GUI by clicking on the
yellow update notice.
You can also trigger an immediate update using the command line: 0install
