#656 FilterRecord does not work on open a table

In the function TZAbstractRODataset.GetRecord can following not work on open a table:

RowBuffer := nil;
case State of
dsBrowse,dsBlockRead:
if not IsEmpty then begin
RowBuffer := PZRowBuffer(ActiveBuffer);
if RowBuffer.Index <> FResultSet.GetRow then
FResultSet.MoveAbsolute(RowBuffer.Index);
end;

For the function FilterRecord the state is always dsBrowse,
But the function IsEmpty returns always true, because no record is accepted.
The workaround is:
Filtered := false;
Table.open.
Filtered := true;
