#632 Special characters cannot be saved.

The last patches of V7.2_Patch are not good. The last working version is SVN 8050 and the current one breaks all special characters. Please make it work again. Unfortunately I can't use V8 because there are still too many bugs.

After saving texts with umlauts and reloading them from the DB, it looks like this:

€™ÃƒšÃ'¶ht.

Hello Markus,

I cannot invest much time in an old version of Zeos. Also the changes after [r8050] should not change anything when it comes to character set conversion. Could you please provide a complete test case (test application and test database)?
