#46 Test CockroachDB for compatibility

CockroachDB is a highly scalable SQL database that uses the PostgreSQL wire protocol and also seems to provide more or less PostgreSQL compatible system tables. We should test if it works with Zeos and then list it a s a supported database - possibly with its own driver name.
