#35 MinExecCountBeforePrepare for ODBC + OleDB + ADO?

My notes say that the MinExecCountBeforePrepare parameter currently shoud be supported by PosgreSQL, MySQL, ODBC, OleDB and ADO. The current implemetation only uses this parameter on PostgreSQL and MySQL. So we possibly still have to add it for OleDB, ODBC and ADO?
