Is the file zentrackxoops_2.3.2.tar.gz corrupt?

I have noticed missing folders from those referenced in the install file.

They are the as follows:

/includes/attachments
/includes/logs
/includes/cache

I ran an analysis of the file and it revealed no problems as noted here however no above includes/folders:
