#79 Shutter overlay does not disappear

I have a problem with the newly introduced shutter view on the ZBarReaderViewController. When the readerView delegate does not implement the readerViewDidStart: method, the scanner has a large black overlay. Wouldn't it be better if the shutter is hidden by default and you can optionally enable it with a setting? It took quiet some time to find out that I had to hide the shutter view to get rid of the black overlay.
