#18 Fix "small d with stroke" in WSTFONT2

The representation of the letter "d with stroke" (code 7/2 in G2 charset) in the wstfont2.xbm is 1px too far right and therefore affects the representation of the right neighbor (E with macron), leading to a broken presentation of it.

The attached patch therefore moves the letter 1px to the left to fix this issue.

P.S.
The italic version of the letter (and also the one of the "small letter eth") is affected, too, but my patch does not consider this as this is not fixed by just shifting pixels.
